News & Announcement Posts

Post important project announcements and project information so all parties can be kept up-to-date on the project status. Users see the announcements as soon as they log in to the portal, updating them on the most recent project changes, and reduces time they spend communicating project changes.

Document Manager & Integrated Search

Document Manager integrates all the details, documents, pictures, spreadsheets and other files involved throughout the project's life span into a single central repository for instant access to anyone on the project. Users can store many files such as autocad drawings, excel files, pdf's, and meeting minutes. Document Manager saves you time by not having to send non-related documents to all parties, yet still giving all parties access to the needed documents in the event that they require reference to some of the uncommon project details.

The Document Manager administration is flexible and allows you to create folders for each department or workgroup to simplify taxonomy of your logical work groups, and allows you to restrict access to authorized users. Control who can view, edit, and delete files on your portal. Allow everyone to view a proposal, but only certain users to edit it. Post a spec sheet, but only let a few people edit it.

With the integrated search users can search for a document by title, keyword, or date posted so they can immediately find the files they need and saves time spent exchanging documents and searching for hard copies.

E-Mail Storage System

The email storage system allows you to post critical emails, for other users to reference, or to keep an archive of key communications in the project.

Contacts Directory

Backups

You can download a nightly zip of your project data for daily backups, and also archive the project upon completion. When hosted by Zefga Networks, we include nightly backups as a part of our standard hosting package.

Easy Portal Administration

Managing the Project Coordination Portal is simple. Through the admin module you can add and delete users, change their passwords and control their access permissions. Create a user account for the mechanical, electrical, and consultants involved in the project, and any user that you wish to give access to project documents.
