What is Website Maintenance?

Now that you have your web site up and going, it is necessary to makes changes to keep your site updated and viewers coming back. Zefga Networks is usually able to update your site in less then 24 hours. Our standard rate for website maintenance is 60$/hour and we bill in 15 minute increments. We offer contracts to simplify the billing process, encourage you to keep your site updated, and give you a lower price for monthly updates.

Monthly Service Contracts:

• Basic Contract - 30$/month
  Minor updates, text changes, graphics changes, price changes up to one hour per month. This does not include new inventory additions on e-commerce packages, or web site redesign.
• Deluxe Contract - 100$/per month
  Updates, text changes, graphics changes, new items, listings and pages. Does not include web site redesign. Rate of $30 per hour for charges beyond four hours per month.

What is the difference between web design and web maintenance?

Web design is the actual creation of the web site. Web maintenance is making changes or updating the content that's already on the site. The web design and web maintenance contracts are separate from each other.

What do I need a web maintenance contract for?

Quite simply to maintain your website. Updating content, such as text, images, photos, links, new pages, and small design changes to keep your site fresh and updated.

Can I add new pages with the Basic and Deluxe Contracts?

Yes, as long as the new page additions to not require redesigning the web site.

Can you update my site without a contract?

Of course. Our standard rate is 60$/hour, and we bill in 15 minute increments.

All contracts require a minimum six month sign-up. If you have special maintenance needs contact us and we will work up a plan to fit your specific needs.
